Compatibility

  • Chassis: E-Class and CLS platforms using the front snorkel-style inlets (e.g., W212 E/CLS, W218 CLS). Ask about W213/W257 variants.
  • Airboxes: TunedMercedes Sealed Intake, BlackBoost v1, or OEM boxes.
Note: BlackBoost v2 uses a different front geometry — message us for fit confirmation.

Install (about 30–60 minutes)

  1. Key OFF; remove the plastic cover/trim over the snorkel area.
  2. Unclip and remove factory snorkel(s).
  3. Seat our inlet; confirm seal at the box mouth (OEM/TM/BB v1).
  4. Route away from hot turbine/headers; secure with provided clips/fasteners.
  5. Reinstall trim; start the car; verify no contact/whistle.

Reversible install — no permanent modification required on supported setups.

They’re primarily a ducting & aesthetic upgrade. By smoothing the inlet path, they can reduce turbulence and pressure loss into the box; pair with our sealed intake for measurable gains.
Will they work with my intake?
Yes — choose the correct variant for OEM, TunedMercedes sealed, or BlackBoost v1. For BB v2 or other boxes, send a photo and we’ll confirm.
Any cutting or splicing?
No cutting of bodywork on supported chassis. Wiring stays untouched; if you’re relocating MAP/IAT, add our MAP Sensor Extender.
Finish care?
Use pH-neutral soap and microfiber. Avoid harsh solvents or abrasives. We offer refinish service if you want to swap from satin to gloss later.
