About the C-Class

Since its debut in the 1990s, the C-Class has been Mercedes’ best-selling model line worldwide.
It introduced AMG performance variants that quickly became icons:

W204 (2008-2015): Home of the legendary naturally aspirated M156 6.2L V8 in the C63 AMG.
W205 (2015-2021): Downsized but more powerful — twin-turbo M177 4.0L V8 in C63, plus M276 V6 and M264 4-cyl in other trims.
W206 (2022+): Latest generation, with hybridized drivetrains and continued AMG development.

The Mercedes C Class was introduced at a time when the S-class and E-class ruled the Mercedes lineup. This is a pre ML vehicle that introduced the Mercedes to a new segment and led to the development of some incredible performance cars and a rivalry with the BMW M3 and late the M4.

The C63 has always been exciting car since its release with the w204 and c204. This 6.2L naturally aspirated M156 was an exciting engine with excellent exhaust note.

The 205 C63 also impressed with twin-turbocharged performance from a clean sheet design v8, m177, designed for boost and introduced the convertible C63. The 205 and 204 C63 were available with RWD only.
