TunedMercedes has extensive experience working on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, from software and electronics to maintenance and performance upgrades. While we are currently serving customers in Easton, Maryland, we are expanding our installation and service capabilities to Florida.
Our goal is simple: install it correctly, make it work properly, and make sure you understand how to use it.
Android Head Units
We have extensive experience installing Android-based head units in Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
We don’t just install the hardware. We configure and update the system, optimize audio performance, integrate it with aftermarket amplifiers when needed, and make sure everything works properly with the vehicle’s existing systems.
We’ll also walk you through the new features and explain any quirks or limitations so you know what to expect from your system.
ECU & TCU Tuning
Have your vehicle tuned in person by TunedMercedes.
In-person tuning can often be less expensive than remote tuning, while giving us the ability to physically inspect and test the vehicle. We can verify that the car is functioning properly, evaluate modifications, and address issues that may not be apparent from data alone.
Ambient Lighting
We can install aftermarket ambient lighting systems and properly integrate them into the vehicle.
Where supported, we can also code the vehicle so the new lighting works through the factory ambient-lighting controls and menus.
Brake Service & Upgrades
For AMG owners, brakes and tires can be some of the most expensive consumables on the car.
We can help you select effective brake components based on how you actually use your vehicle—not simply the most expensive option.
When installing new pads and rotors, we can properly bed in the brakes before delivery, helping ensure the system is ready to perform when you leave.
Ignition Service
Spark plugs and ignition coils deserve more attention than they often receive.
Rather than treating spark plugs as a 100,000-mile item, we generally recommend planning for ignition service around 50,000 miles, depending on the vehicle, modifications, and usage.
We can handle the complete service, including proper plug indexing where applicable, factory-specified torque, and datalogging to verify that the ignition system is functioning properly.
Engine & Transmission Oil Service
We can service your engine and transmission fluids with attention to the details that matter on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Transmission fluid level, in particular, needs to be checked at the proper temperature. On applicable AMG transmissions, we also follow the required procedure of allowing the transmission to reach operating temperature and verifying the fluid level again.
These details can be overlooked by general repair shops. We specialize in Mercedes-Benz vehicles and understand the procedures required to service them correctly.
